6.15.11 - One more Tweet blunder to add to a growing trend. PR agency Redner Group lost its largest client today (2K Games) from an ad hoc tweet gone bad. In this case, the mistake was a generalized blasting of everyone who posted a negative review of 2K's "Duke Nukem Forever" game during the current pre-launch media campaign.

PACE monitors and identifies trends well before social web interaction becomes overwhelming. PACE Alerts would have sent messaging to both Redner and 2K illuminating the growing spike in negative posts.
